When you love your family as much as I do you do some things that seem strange in retrospect. I went to family camp to spend quality time with my nephews, sisters, and parents.
Lucky for me, I got to observe what are probably the cutest ladies in the history of mousekind (see above).

(and other thoughts on the RNC)

This is the hay in jail, as any 3 year old would tell you. It is in honor of all the Minneapolis anarchists who plan on getting arrested at the RNC this year. Some would argue that it has become fashionable to get hauled in for an honorable cause. In this case, however, I'm not convinced that the cause is honorable.
Now, I like the extreme Left as much as the next girl, but last time I checked the RNC Welcoming Committee (yes that's really what the anarchists call themselves) gathered under a right to assembly protected by the Bill of Rights. Can you say
"double standard?"
